After most exhaustive scrutiny of every detail of tljo Bill wo have no hesitation in saying that this is most.cunningly devised, iusidoius, and dangerous from the standpoint of the workers aud the public wellbeing, which has over been submitted to our House of Representatives and to tho people of Now Zealand.” If tho Bill is passed into law the Council advises unions to withdraw thoir sanction from this kind of legislation, and to uso all moans of passive resistance to make tho legislation null aud void.
