The winner of any Knee, after declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of 71bs, of two or more races lOlbs. All entries to bo sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Bangitikei Racing Club, Hulls, and entrance money to bo enclosed with name'of horse, ago at time of entry, name of owner and trainer, pedigree, and colours of riders. All monies for investment on the Totalisator must bo in the hands of the Secretary at least 30 minutes before the advertised time of tho start of the race for which tho investment is intended.
