Wellington Racing Club. Per Press A sscoiation. Wellington, August SO. The annual meeting of Wellington Pacing Club was belli to-night. The President, Mr J. B. Harcourt said that the stakes paid last year totalled ,£13,030 an increase of £2745 compared with the previous year. Total isatoi- receipts were £14,335 an increase of £4,723; _tot:u receipts £25,300, an increase of £5,839. The Club’s assets amounted to £30,754 and liabilities £32,837. The financial position of the Club had improved during the year by about £5,000.
