The Federal Government has served an injunction ou tho Hew South Males Government and calls upon the State Attorney-General to show cause why an injunction should not issue to restrain tho Government from further interfering with imports which have not been cleared at the customs and why a declaration should not issue compelling the return of wire netting taken. The matter comes before the High Court to-morrow. The State Government will raise the question whether there exists any jurisdiction in the High Court to deal with the matter under Customs Act and this will involve an argument on the basic question whether the State Government is pound by the Act in any way.
