The Ottawa correspondent of the Daily Chronicles reports that a definite offer lias beon made' by a steamship company to undertake the Atlantic portion of the All Red service for half a million a year. Canada offers to contribute one hajf leaving Britain to contribute the other half and Australasia the major portion ol she amount required for an improved sorvice on the' Pacific.
