Henry Peacock, who pleaded guilty to being in possession of a coining plant and counterfeit coins was remanded for sentence. Sydney MaeNauiara pleaded not guilty of keeping a common gaming house. The case was not concludod when the Court rose. Auckland, August 13. WiliUu Goorge Rashleigli, charged with L jdecout assault on a married woman, at Vhakatanc, was found not guilty on a second trial, and was discharged.
