Press Association —Copyright. London, August 6. Earl Crewe opened the School Hygiene Congress in London. There was a large attendance of delegates representing all Europe, North 'and South America and British colonies. King Edward sent a message expressing deep interest and hoping that the Congress would be a great success. Sir Lander Brunton delivered tho presidential iddress, dwelling on the .subjects of medical inspection, physical training and instruction in the laws of health.
