ARBITRATION COURT.

Per Press Association Nelson, July 31. The Arbitration Court Award in tho Nelson Plumbers' dispute is available to-day. Tho men asked for Is 4Jd an hour for competent hands and Is 3d for others. The Court awarded Is 3d and Is Id respectively. The hours have been fixed at 44 per week with 47 on an.emergency. Overtime to be time and a quarter for the first two hours and time and a half to midnight, double time from midnight to 8 a.m. Preference is given to unionists. The award applies to a radius of 22 miles from the Nelson Post Office. Tho preference to unionists is to be under equal conditions. The award coracs into effect tomorrow and will last for three years,
