Press Association. London, July 30. Financial paxiers attribute the weakness in consols to the absence of a demand for.low interest-bearing securities. They declare that the public are beginning to realise the true value of consols as an investment and are no longer willing to taka them unless they show a reasonable yield. Consols are 82%.
