Croftou Hack, seven furlongs: William 1, Taugcroa 2, Scenery 3. Scratched—Ben Johnson and Ulcm. Won easily. Time, Imiu 29 l-sth secs. Dividends, £3 15s aud 18s. Hack Hurdles, miles; St. Albert 1, Top Rose 2, Southern Cross 3. Scratched —Stavboy, Aotca aud To Raimi. Won by four lengths. Time, 3miu 5 l-sth secs. Dividends, £2 11s aud £4 Bs.

Fellding Jockey Club.

At the annual meeting of above last evening the balance-sheet, which was adopted, showed the receipts of the spring aud autumn meetings amounted to £9919 11s, of which £5650 Gs Gd wore from the totalisator and £1235 12s 3d from gates. The stakes pa ’ 1 amounted to £5053. The chief items of expenditure wore —Totalisator tax £B7l Bs, permanent improvements £1505 10s 3d, aud salaries £525 14s. Mr F. Y. Lethbridge, M.H.R., was elected president and Air William Bailey vice-president. Messrs Saywcll, Cottnll • and Burnett were elected Ground Committee.

Messrs ITavbittle, W. Bailey, aud W. A. Saudilands were elected stewards. Messrs Cottrill and Haybittle wore re-elected auditors, Air Hartgill judge, Air N. Gorton deputy judge, Mr Havbittlo clerk of scales, and Mr L. Gorton deputy, Air J. AlcDonuell clerk of course, Mr McOorkindale timekeeper, Mr A. C. Alathiesnn lion, treasurer, and Air Thomas Camerou starter. Votes of tliauks were passed to the Ground Committee and officers of the club.

It was proposed to make the Ground Committee—Messrs Saywell, Cottrill and Haybittle—life members, after the necessary alterations of the rules. , ,

Alention was made of the fact that other sporting clubs, such as hockey, were given free use oL,tho gronds.
