BOWLING

(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, July 8. The New Zealand Bowling Association this evening passed a resolution by a two-thirds majority rescinding a previous resolution, and amending the constitution of the Association by abolishing the executive as at present elected, and providing for the formation of centres for government of local matters, such centres to nominate representatives in the Association in lieu of the present representatives Who sha II conduct tho business of the Association, nominated by clubs; also, that a subcommittee bo set up to draw up a now constitution and report at a special meeting to bo held in July. The motion was just carried after a lengthy and somewhat heated discussion.
