SIR.—An interesting portion of the Rangitikei County Council’s estimates, not included in this year’s statement, is the estimated revenue of the three lower ridings and parts of the Wangaehn and Rangatira ridings, and also of the four upper ridings and parts of Wangaehn and Rangatira ridings, also the balances for the past year and- estimated balances for coming year for the same ridings.
