Waldemar Sax, ;who hails from Siberia, addressing a socialist meeting, characterised the GovernorGeneral as a thief, a murderer, and a loafer. Detectives, police officials, and other officials in authority were also condemned as loafers. He declared that he came from Russia to help the people of Australia. For his verbal outbreak he elected to go to gaol instead of paying tho flue imposed.
