Its Stimulated Spread. Per Press Association. Wellington, July 6. According to a statement made by the Hon. Millar at a social gathering last night there has been a larger increase iu the number of unions in tips colony than in any one year since 1890. The total increase of members of unions during last year amounted to 4600. These figures, the Minister said, evidenced the energy oi those who had the labor movement at heart.
