A MELBOURNE TRAGEDY.

A tragedy has occurred at Hillstone. A man named Robert Whatley ■ knocked at the dopr of the house of a woman named Hussey and when it was opened shot Hussey in tbo breast, the bullet emerging from her armpit. Whatley asked if she was nearly dead, and getting an affirmative reply blew out his own brains. Hussey is progressing favourably.
