A special meeting of the Cricket Association considered the question of guaranteeing the English team, in view of the ground trustees demanding 20 per cent of the takings. Tho decision forwarded to the trustees has not been divulged. Juno 22. It is understood that tho Executive of the Cricket Association has decided, not to play on the Sydney cricket ground if 20 per cent of the takings was insisted upon. The Association is, making inquiries regarding Eushcutter’s Bay oval.
