LABOUR QUESTIONS.
Per Press Association. Dunedin, Juno 15. At a representative meeting of Employers' Association the question of scarcity of labour throughout the colony was discussed at length, and the secretary was instructed to procure all the information possible in connection with the matter, and report to a future meeting. It was decided to ask the Federation to outer a strong and emphatic protest against Mr Tregear's recent ntter.nros in his lecture to trades unionists .-.£■ Weiington, and if possible prevent the recurrence of such procedure .in future. The question Of Wages Boards was left in abeyance awaiting reports, from the Employers' Federation.
