At an inquest to-day concerning the death of a woman who expired at a city restaurant on Saturday, the jury found that death was caused by pneumonia, followed by heart failure. There was no direct evidence of identification, but from a. communication received from Masterton deceased was supposed to bo Annie Bobbins. Napieb, Juno 11. A fatal trap accident occurred at Petane this evening. A trap containing two married ladles named Marshall and the infant son of one of them was proceeding through a cutting near Wairoaiti a short distance from Petane, when the horse attached to the trap commenced kicking with the result that the vehicle was capsized and the occupants thrown out. The baby was killed instantaneously, his skull being fractured. The child was ten months old. Invescabgill, June 10. The postmortem on Arnold JainesKingsland, a boy who died under chloroform while having teeth extracted, disclosed healthy organs, and the .doctors could not explain the occurrence of death. At tho inquest the verdict was death under chloroform, no blame being attached to anyone. Wanganui, Juno 10.

A serious trap accident occurred in Victoria Avenue this afternoon, resulting in serious injury to an elderly settler, Samuel Wilson, a resident of Mars Hill. As a result of the collision he was thrown ciat, and sustained concussion. At a late hour this evening ho had not recovered consciousness; Auckland, June 10.',

A terrible tram fatality occurred in the city to-night, the victim being Harry Elder, a man of about 40 years of age. He was a painter, and resided at Freeman’s Bay. It

is believed ho was a passenger by the tramcar which ran over him, and that he got off at the corner of Victoria and Nelson-streets, where the accident occurred. He was knocked down and dragged about twenty yards. When extricated, a work that took about fifteen minutes, he was found to bo dead, the body being terribly mutilated. A

Samuel Wilson died this morning from the result of an accident last evening, when through a collision he was thrown out of his trap on his head. Ho never recovered consciousness.
