ARBITRATION COURT.
Per Press Association. Palmebston 1N t ., June 4. The Arbitration Court opened its sittings liore this morning. The whole of the morning was occupied in hearing charges of breaches of the award of the D-ive'rs' and Partners' Unions. For employing nonunionists, paying less than stipulated wages, and not paying in cash, fines of £2, plus fees were imposed in nearly every instance. A couple of carters Avere fined 10s for accepting less than the standard wage. The Mftxmills'. dispute, a number of compensation cases, and the Typographical Union dispute will bo considered in that order.
