CRICK’S CASE.

Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, May 30. The Full court lias been occupied three days hearing a case in which Crick was called upon to show cause why he should not bo struck off the rolls. Counsel for Crick argued that lie beat the Lands Commission which was not in any sense a judicial tribunal. The Chief Justice expressed the opinion that the findings of Justice Owen as a Royal Commisioh were a decision. Judgment was reserved.
