Lord Meath, through the Empire’s press, sends a message urging boys, girls, parents and teachers to try and realise that the Empire consists of a majestic community, with free nations freely governing themselves. Owing to its being a vast sacrifice the enterprise and valour of , our forefathers, bound us together by one King, me flag, one navy, forming a federation such aa tho world has never known. Lord Meath states these allied peoples look to each other foxpractical sympathy, protection, and cooperation. He appeals to tho rising generation to bo ready in time of need to think, labour, beifr hardsuip, and excel in the practice of faith, courage, duty, selfdiscipline, fair dealing,-even justice, good citizenship, loyalty, patriotism,.and sympathy, thus elevating, strengthening, and consolidating the Empire and its race.
