Outhwaite, a member of the Executive of the Transvaal National Association, declared that the miners should bring the financiers to their knees and compel them to plead for arbitration. Since the military were summoned tho strikers on tho Baud aro quieter but they are confident of the result declaring that tho employers will he compelled to feed Chinese and Kaffir coolies until a settlement of the dispute.
