Stolypin and tho arrest of tho conspirators concerting measures to enter the Imperial residence. The Douma unanimously expressed joy at tho Czar’s escape and ahhorroncy of tho rcgicidal plot.
The Black Hundred. St. Petersburg, May 21. A bomb, thrown at Odessa, killedtwo police aud four pedestrians. Ohertkoff, tho thrower, was arrested. Members of the “Black Hundred,” iu revenge for the policemen’s deaths, ran amok, injuring 100 Jews.
