FARMERS’ MUTUAL INSURANCE.
A meeting of the Wellington directors of the Farmers’ Mutual Insurance was held yesterday, Mr J. G. Wilson presiding. Present .■ Messrs W. J. Birch, H. J, Richards, and Capt. Hewitt. A report was read which showed that excellent business was being done and that there was every prospect of a further largo increase. The total insurances in force were £70,000, and the only loss through fire was £165. It was decided to furnish a report for tho Conference at Levin.
