MARTON YOUTHS' CLUB.

The above club is again in lull swing for the winter months. A set of boxing gloves has been presented by Mr G. T. Avery and Mr R. H. Carey has donated a trophy for tho winner of the draughts tournament. The club intend going in for a gymnasium, and a draughts and a pingpong tournament is being arranged. A football team has been entered for the third class cup under the auspices of Rangitikei Union. A sot of blue and black jerseys has been purchased, and members of the team will at once go into active training.. Mr Mace Walters has presented the Club with a practice ball. A concert will be held shortly to raise funds for the Club. Wednesday has been fixed for meeting night.
