THE MISSING McINTYRE.
Government to Bring him Back. Per Press Association. .Chkistchuech, April 11. At the Magistrate’s Court to-day a judgment summons order was made against Hr D. C. Mclntyre, ex-Superiutendent of Awards at the Exhibition, who was suspended last week, and left suddenly by the s.s. Turakina on Thursday. The ActingPremier informed a reporter to-day that the Government had decided to bring Mr Mclntyre, back io the Colony in respect of other serious charges. A meeting of the creditors of D. O. Mclntyre, the absconding Exhibition official, was held this morning. A resolution was proposed [congratulating the Government on its decision to bring Mclntyre back. This was strongly opposed by a section of the creditors, who said Government should be censuro'd for letting him go. The general administration of the Exhibition was warmly criticised, and ultimately the meeting adjourned sine die without carrying any resolntion.
