Press Association.—Copyright. London, April 15. Naurobi telegrams state that Lord Elgin was misinformed as to the flogging which was far less severe than that given to prisoners in English gaols. Pouter reports that the Committee of Band Pioneers urgently requested General Botha to support agitation in favor of Captain Grogan and others implicated.
