The Dublin correspondent of the Timps reports that Government has definitely abandoned the idea of tho University for the present session, believing that the Devolution Bill will occupy a very largo part of the remainder of the session, and fearing that both Cabinet and the rank and file of the Party contain a strong element of opposition to Mr Bryce’s scheme.
