(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, April 3. The whole city and district tramway system was suspended for an hour last night owing to an accident to ouejoflthe generators at the power house. The accident "happened At 9.30 p.m., and all trams had to stop where they wore till things were rectified at 10.80, when all were able to resume.
