ALLEGED STABBING CASE.

(Per Press Association.) Auckland, March 18

A man named Charles Lewin lias been arrested charged with having stabbed the porter of the Aurora Hotel. It is alleged Lewin was being ejected from the hotel, and while offering resistance stabbed the porter-, Alfred flodge. The latter Ims been removed to the hospital with a wound in the arm, one in the right leg and two in the left leg. Kodgo is making satisfactory progress.
