A JURYMAN IN TROUBLE.

Press Association —Copyright. Sydney, March 13. In the Full Court, the case against Brown, a juror jn the Crick-Willis case, it was found that while Brown had been guilty of gross misconduct there was no means of getting at him except in a way the law says we must not. -He was therefore discharged. The Court was unable to accept the affidavits of jurors in the matter because of the danger that might follow if it was decided generally that affidavits of what occurred in jury rooms were to be considered.
