Press Association —Copyright. Melbourne, February 28. The Inter-State Trades Congress is sitting in camera. Mr Beaston, New Zealand delegate, .lias been elected vice-chairman. It was resolved that while urging the various States to relax no gf’Grc in furthering industrial legislation, an amendment of the Federal constitution is desirable which will give the Federal Parliament authority to legislate in such industrial matters-.
