Press Association —Copyright. London, February 21, Sir J. A.' Swettenham has asked the Imperial Government to grant £150,000 relief to sufferers iu the Jamaica earthquake, and to raise a loan of £1,000,000 at 6 per centum for rebuilding purposes.
