The poultry bran ih. of the Department of Agriculture in Auckland continues to grow in importance. The Department has also sent an exhibit of Auckland Poultry to the Christchurch Exhibition, including 30 four months chickens, weighing 1531b5, an average of 51b eaeh; 25 three monlhi ducklings, weighing each ; 12 ten weeks ducklings, weighing 531bs ; 6 three months chickens, weighing 27 lbs; and 4 three months Pekin Muscovy ducklings, weighing 201bs.
