Per Press Association. Pahiatua, January 17. At the S.M. Court Arthur Eidd, for alleged indecent assault, was committed to the Supreme Court Wellington, bail being allowed , himself in £SO and two sureties of £SO each. A second charge of carnally knowing was dismissed.

For alleged indecent assault, two charges, Alf. E. Condon, was committed for trial at Wellington, bail being allowed, himself in £SO and two sureties of £SO on first charge and £SO on the second.

For obtaining goods by false pretences, Florrio McCaskell was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon.
