FLOODS AT TAURANGA.
Press Association. Tauranqa, January 15. Tho Pongakawa bridge has been carried away and the Katemako bridge is afloat. There has been continuous rain for the last eight days and all the crops are lost. It is still raining, and mails are unable to get through. It is expected the damage to tho country roads will be considerable.
