Owing to the absence of the stipendiary . magistrate, the usual sitting of the S.M. Court was presided ever by Messrs. R. F. Webster and C. K 'Lawrie, J's.P., when only undefended civil business was transacted. Judgment by Default. Judgment was given for plaintiff by default in the following cases:--Karews and Ryan v. M.
