FRANKLIN MARKET REPORT.
The Franklin Farmers' Auctioneering Co., Ltd. report: On Friday at our weekly sale we had a very heavy yarding of pigs of all classes, all tho pens being occupied. Prices were considerably lower than at the previous week's sale. Good weancrs from 25* to 355, slips 35s to K2 log; stores >:3 ( i O o*\ bidding was dull md sale drayuy: cow, VI"; implements, no demand; sundries, prices in favour of buyers. AI the Mart- I here were heavy entricb of poultry, with 'good prices for all classes. Borne of the prices realised were: Light liens, 3s 3d to 3s Od, heavier, is to 6s: roosters, is In! to 6s, duck"., 3s 3d to Is tid; chicks, Gd to Is; new potatoes, 13s, Vegetables and produce were short of requirements. Sundries at usual rates.
