A small boy came home irom i school this week (remarks an exchange) and related to his father some valuable instruction the teacher had given the class regarding the kauri gum industry. "Teacher "said," remarked the child, "that kauri gum is got north of Auckland. There are two varieties, Spearmint, and Black Jack."
