The eclipse begins at 12.58 p.m. and ends at 2.24 p.m. Robinson Crusoe's cave may soon be converted into sleeping quarters for globe trotters, according to Professor W. A. Bryan, vice-president of the Hawaiian Historical Society. The Chilian Government, Mr. Bryan said recently, is considering the creation of a national park and tourise report on the island of Juan Fernadez, famed as the abode of Daniel Defoe's literary character.
