WAR MEMORIAL SUGGESTION. Sir, -In reference to circular requesting contributions towards the erection of the memorial gates to the Roulston War Memorial Park. In view of the fact that we are "having great difficulty in raising sufficient money to complete the purcnase of 1 the necessary land adjoining the Technical School and the completion of a suitable fence on the road frontage, T am of the opinion that any expenditure along these lines would have greater value and be of more lasting effect if spent on our Technical High School.
