MAUKU ATHLETIC SPORTS.
PRIZE MONEYS INCREASED. The Mauku Athletic Club is flourishing exceedingly, and this season the prize moneys all round will be doubled. Some good contributions have conic along. Mr. R. D. Dun, of Patumahoc, donating £lO for the Mauku Cup, This cup was formerly a E5 one, but will now be £ls. Mr. Percy Basley, of Pukekohe, has donated three guineas for the 150 yards' race for boys between 15 and 17 years of age. Altogether things are looking bright for the next sports on New Year's Dav,
