ANNUAL MEETING. . The annua] general meeting of the Bombay Tennis Clubs vus he]d on September 20, when Mr. F, Bullen presided over a fairly large attend* anee of members. Balance-sheet. The balance-sheet showed a credit ba]anec of £9 19s, which was considered very satisfactory indeed. It was decided to officially open the courts on October 30, and also to take steps to put the courts in firstclass order. Election of Officers. Trie election of officers for the enduing year resulted as follows: President, Mr. F. Bullen; secretary. Mr. C. lYple; management committee, Mesdames Carter. Harris and Bullen. Messrs. F. Bullen. C. Shaw, R. Evans and the secretary; selection committee, Messrs. Geo. Proude, F. Bullen and E. J. Evans; vice-presi-dents. Messrs. W. Fleming, A. J. Pople, J. Lowry. J. A. Lowry, A. Best. J. H. Flay, Harris, sen., Fendall, Maitland, J. H. Evans, W. Flay, and K. Donovan. It was decided to hold a conceit at some future date in aid of the club's
