The death took place at his residence. Whatawhata, on September 5 ol Mr. William Donald Laxon, eldest son of the late Mr. William Ash Laxon. and Mrs. Marjory Laxon. formerly of Papatoetoo, at the age of liß years. The funeral took place at Ngaruawahia to-dav.
