BENEFIT MATCH. TUAKAU V. PUKEKOHE. The following will represent Pukekohe against Tuakau to-morrow at Tuakau in the benefit match in aid of Mr. Paul Turner, who sustained a broken leg while playing against Waiuku: W. Crum, D. Syme, R. Tonkin, Jas. Adams, H. Leighton, Jno. Adams, E. Schlaepfer, R. Perkins, R. Fulton, W. Short, S. Marshall, W. Stewart, C. Wilson, G. Lucas. Reserves: Nicholson, Brown, Jones and Dazeley. 'Bus leaves at 1.30 p.m. sharp. PUKEKOHE Y. NEWTON. The Newton senior team will play Pukekohe at Pukekohe on Saturday, September 4. Owing to the Papakura third grade team not being able to secure 15 men for Saturday, the match will be cancelled until further notice. Members of the Pukekohe team are requested to attend a practice match on the Domain to-morrow (Saturday). MEETING. A meeting of the Pukekohe Football Club will be held on Wednesday, August 25, at 8 p.m. in the Borough Council Chambers.
