SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BY-LAW NOTICE is hereby given that, at a Special Meeting of the Pukek'ohefSorough Council held on the 12th dajfc*) Mav 1920, the following resolutfci was passed, and will be submitted confirmation at the ordmary meet-' ing of the Council , to be held on Wednesday, the Ifith day of June 1920 at 7.30 p.n%t the Council Chambers, Puke kohe, viz:— ' , In exercise of the powers confeired unap it by Part XLII of "The Municipal "Corporations Act 1908," the Pukekohe Borough Council hereby makes, by way of Special Order, a Bylaw under "The Municipal Corporations m, 1908," hereafter to be known as "The Electric Power By-law 1920. (Here,FoUo,ws the By-law): The pun&>rf of the said By-law is: (if* jnterp.'fctatioii, and (2) Prohibits the ii»£ of electrical appliances by cohsumfl* who are supplied with current on tW"flat fate" until arte, suih appliance have been registered with the Town "Klerk.
