The quesUwr of new building was left to thflKrectors to carry out. A resoluuoifr was passed that the directors arrange for the issue of preferential shares. The questions of lebate on commission from auction sales was well received, and after considerable discussion it was resolved to give a rebate of IV, per cent, on auction tales to shareholders holding not less than 20 shares.
