DANGEROUS BLACKBERRY.
It is reported that an interesting i ase will shortly occupy the attention of the Hamilton Court (says the Waikato Times). The facts as we have been able to glean them are as ft llows: A hulv was walking nloii'.f a suburban thoroughfare when a branch from a blackberry bramble growing in the fence struck her in the eye, impairing the sight, and it is feared that the other eye may be permanently affected. The lady, we understand, intends to take the case to Court to ascertain the extent of t-he liability of the landowner, in whose fence the bramble was growing.
