A CAMPERS' BAY
(Dedioated by the Glenbrook Bud to all hit fellow camping friends). There's a plot in my heart which no
camper may own, It's a dear little spot, all out on its
own; " For a camp it i* splendid F. Perkins did say. For ii'a perched on a hill in • dew little bay; % • But, oh, Gee! the win!! when it blows—it does blow, J You'd think that " Old Niok" had come up from below; It Lowla round the tent at a terrible pelt, And makes one feel funny right under one's belt; But keep up your pecker and don't act the fraud, Our " Pa " and F. Perkins will come in the '• Ford," Bringing butter, egga and bacon, also jam in galore, To strengthen one's innards and keep the wolf from the door, So now I will finish this poor doggerel lay, Hoping all my camping friends will enjoy their stay, 80 that when another season of camping comes round The same dear old rotters will be found on this ground.
