* LOCAL SUCCESSES. Pupils Millicent Taylor were successful at the recent' Royal Academy of Mask: and the Royal ColS lege of Music, London, examinations, J- as follows: *v Rudiment* of Music. Miss Winifred L. Sears gained a pass certificate, with 76 marks out " of a maximum of 99. THEORY EXAMINATIONS. Grammar if Music. Division I: Miss Muriel Hoddinott and Miss Ella McLarnon each gained the possible marks, 99. Division II: Marjory Hoddinott, 81 marks; Marjory Woods, 77; Alice Johns, 72; Myrtle Wright, 71; Marjory Urquhart, 70; Phillipa Zinzan «6. Division III: Myrtle Gillon, 96 marks; Vera Wright, 88; Winifred Qitfield, 87; Oswald Pollock, 86; Eric Wright, 76. Miss M. Taylor resumes teaching on February 2.
